membership to the LVGA is only $25.00 per household and includes
all members of the household age 18 years and older.
To renew your membership please update your information (names,
address, phone, email address) by filling in the form below
or sending us the printable membership renewal form.
The $25 Membership dues can be paid by check, money
order, credit card or paypal.
To pay by check or money order, send
your payment to the following address. Please include
your name, address and phone number. A membership renewal
application form may be downloaded and printed
