The
Board of Directors shall consist of not less than three, nor
more than eighteen (including officers), members of the Lincroft
Village Green Association. Directors are voted on at the Annual
Meeting in May, and are elected for a three year term. Roughly
a third of the directors are up for election every year, ensuring
a continuum of two thirds of the Board.
The Officers of the Lincroft Village Green Association shall
be President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. In
some cases, two people may share an office (such as co-president)
with the prior approval of the Board of Directors. The term
of office for officers is one year, and the election is concurrent
with the Board of Directors election at the Annual Meeting.
